Food Safety Training
Food Safety training is a smart business practice for every restaurant and food service operation. It requires a commitment to a mindset of consistently providing safe food to every one of your customers.
Classes at Food 4 Thought Consulting are small to allow you the attention you need to understand the material, pass the exam and bring the knowledge back to your kitchen and train others.
- Provides food managers with training in all areas of food safety.
- Provides all of the required information to successfully pass the Servsafe exam
- The Servsafe Certificate is valid for five years.
This program includes six hours of training followed by the Servsafe exam.
Covers the basics:
- How Food becomes unsafe
- Good Personal Hygiene
- Controlling time and temperature
- Preventing Cross Contamination
- How and When to clean and Sanitize
A 4-hour class:
- Thirty minute test time
- The National Restaurant Association certified exam is offered at the end of the training.
